  The Enterprise at Lomita is where I go for my car rentals. I have been going there for years. It is nice to know that you will get consistent excellent and professional service. Front desk staff are polite. The car pick up service is excellent. Tea (spelling?) is great! He remembers the customers; very nice guy. Dole and the rest of his crew are efficient, pleasant and professional.

  Almost every time we've established a reservation online, we get a phone call asking if we would be willing to change our vehicle type from a minivan to a suburban/large van type of vehicle - I think due to the demand. If we actually get that vehicle, we pay full bore plus loaded extras - if we take the other one, they give promo pricing, free gas, etc. I was thinking of buying a car from Enterprise, but decided against it solely because of this flip flop pricing and delivery with their rentals. It's just not a good way to do business. I'm renting that vehicle and making that reservation NOT on a first come, first served basis - that's WHY I have the reservation!
